Dr. Chin has a comprehensive family medicine practice. She is currently accepting new patients to her practice and walk-in patients as well.

Services include:

• Regular check-up
• Follow-up of chronic medical conditions e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
• Annual physical exam
• Well baby exam
• Driver's medical (uninsured)
• Immunization (infant, children, adult, senior and flu vaccine)
• STD testing
• Pregnancy testing
• Pap smear
• Colon cancer screening referral
• Breast cancer screening referral
• Bone mineral density test referral
• Removal of stitches and staples
• Ear flushing
