Dr. Chin has a comprehensive family medicine practice. She is currently accepting new patients to her practice and walk-in patients as well.
Services include:
- Regular check-up
- Follow-up of chronic medical conditions e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
- Annual physical exam
- Well baby exam
- Driver's medical (uninsured)
- Immunization (infant, children, adult, senior and flu vaccine)
- STD testing
- Pregnancy testing
- Pap smear
- Colon cancer screening referral
- Breast cancer screening referral
- Bone mineral density test referral
- Removal of stitches and staples
- Ear flushing
